Dr Dinesh Jain. M. S. (General Surgery)
Dr. Jain did his MBBS (1989) and Masters in Surgery from Pune’s prestigious B. J. Medical College with distinction. He stood 2nd in University of Pune in 1993.
He is proactive in and around Pune since 1994.
Dr.Dinesh Jain is a member of Pioneer’s Circle for MIPH.
He is among the first 25 surgeons to perform stapler surgery for piles in India.
In last 11 years, he has performed more than 1000 Laparoscopic surgeries and more than 5000 Endoscopies.
In last 5 years, he has performed more than 400 Piles Stapler surgeries.
In last 15 years, about 5000 general surgeries has been successfully perfomed by Dr. Jain.
Dr Jain appreciates the need to continuously upgrade his knowledge and skills. He participates in hands-on-training at regular intervals.
He has been trained in:
- Laparoscopic Hernia repair at Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi (2004).
- Laparoscopic colonic surgery at Kyung Pook National University Hospital South Korea (2005).
- Piles Stapling surgery (MIPH: Minimally Invasive Procedure for Haemorrhoids) at Singapore General Hospital, Singapore (2005) and at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (2005).
- Laparoscopic Oesophageal surgery at Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia (2006).
- Therapeutic Endoscopy and ERCP at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (2000); Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad (2007) and Department of Endoscopy and EUS, Bhatia General Hospital, Mumbai (2007).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: In his professional career Dr. Jain has performed more than 13500 cases.
LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY: Since 1990, Dr. Jain has performed more than 1400 laparoscopic surgeries including the following:
- More than 500 laparoscopic cholecystectomies (Gall bladder removals),
- More than 300 laparoscopic appendicectomies,
- More than 100 laparoscopic hernia repairs,
- More than 50 laparoscopic adhesiolysis,
- More than 50 laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal,
- More than 10 laparoscopic Fundoplication,
- More than 10 laparoscopic achalasia cardia repair
- More than 10 laparoscopic colectomies(Colon removal) and,
- More than 100 laparoscopic gynecological surgeries.
PILES STAPLER SURGERY (MIPH): He has performed more than 450 piles stapler surgeries with a success rate of 98.5%.
ENDOSCOPY:
- Upper GI (OGD Scopies): More than 5000.
- Lower GI (Colonoscopies) : More than 1500.
- ERCPs (Liver and Gall bladder) : More than 60.
GENERAL SURGERY:
Dr. Jain has performed more than 5000 General surgical procedures since 1995.
Dr Prasad Agashe. M.S., F. R. C. S., D. N. B. (General Surgery)
Dr Agashe acquired his MBBS (1991) and Masters in Surgery (1996) from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Mumbai. He received a Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) from Edinburgh, UK (1999).
He is associated with “Endoclinic” since 2005.
Dr Agashe has also undergone training in various national and international centers including-

Dr. Mrs. Anagha Pabalkar. M. D. (Anaesthesia)
Dr. Pabalkar has undergone her postgraduate training in Anaesthesia (1997) at K. E. M. Hospital, Mumbai and practicing since 1997.

Dr. Sameer has undergone 3 years of surgical training at K. E. M. Hospital, Pune and looks after administrative part of “Endoclinic”.
